Los Al Premier
About the Team
Los Al Premier is an elite 7v7 Club Football team based out Los Alamitos, California. We currently only compete in 13U football tournaments and the 7th Grade division for the 4-Vertical Passing League.
Our team advanced to the 12U “A” Division 4Vert Championship in Spring 2024 and ranked as high as Top 50 nationally on Zorts.
We are a highly competitive team looking for a few dedicated players to round-off our roster. If you’re interested in trying out with the team, please drop us a note.
Team Philosophy
As one of the top teams in Orange County, we only accept the very best players onto the team. Every player on our squad is a top athlete and will meaningfully contribute to the team’s overall success.
During the playoffs and championship last year, we ran a full free substitution system where players rotated entirely on their own without Coach intervention. Our top 2-3 football players remained in the game, and everyone else rotated at their position on their own.
Team morale and momentum was at its peak in the post season, and the team played at its best under a free substation system.
Expectations
At Los Al Premier, we expect our players to consistently attend practices and games, always giving their best effort. Players are expected to show respect for their teammates, coaches, and opponents, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic both on and off the field.
Accountability and responsibility for one’s actions are crucial, and players must represent the club with integrity, professionalism, and good sportsmanship at all times. By adhering to these expectations, we create a supportive and focused team environment where success is achieved through hard work and mutual respect.
